2 de septiembre – Taller: Lean Six Sigma for Organizational Performa Improvement 
In this workshop, presented by Dr. Borinara Park, participants will learn what Lean Six Sigma means to business and how its methodologies have helped various organizations develop and maintain their competitive advantages in their business domains. Lean Six Sigma concepts and practices will be introduced as a way of improving business and operational processes, creating better services and products, and meeting demanding customer expectations.
The focus will be placed on how managers can enhance the organizational performance by reducing business process inefficiencies and operational variations through the proven systematic quality improvement program.
Dr. Park has worked more than 20 years in the data-driven decision making areas using various quantitative techniques to improve organizational performance and related managerial decision processes. He is well versed in “Lean Six Sigma process improvement methods”, “predictive and prescriptive analytics”, “uncertainty-based decision and simulation”, “stochastic and statistical optimizations”, and “project planning, managing & controlling”. Dr. Park has published more than 30 refereed articles in these areas and provided training and consulting for various organizations.
