Abstract Presentation Guide
For purposes of this Conference, the requirement for abstracts is of maximum 250 words, in Microsoft Word format, single space, and Times New Roman font, 12 point. If your abstract is selected, you will have the opportunity to present your research project in a specific day and time during the conference. At least one author of the abstract must register and attend the conference to be able to present. Abstracts will be presented in Spanish and in English.
The abstract must include the following information: introduction, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Also, at least five key words must be included.

Poster Proposal Presentation Guide
For purposes of this Conference, the requirement for poster proposals is an abstract with the content of the poster of no more than 250 words, in Microsoft Word format, simple space, Times New Roman font, 12 point. If your abstract is accepted, the poster will be displayed during the conference, and there will be determined times for “poster presentations”. At least one author of each poster must register for and attend the conference. Poster proposals will be accepted in Spanish and in English.
Posters must be formatted vertically and present information of the research project in a clear and concise manner. They must also have the following structure: Title, introduction, objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and references.
The available area for each poster will be of 0.9 m wide and 2 m high. It is suggested that the title and name of the authors be written with a font size of at least 2.5 cm high. The images and text must be distinguishable at about 2 m away.
