The main best practices of Project Management will be reviewed and their application in MS Project will be explained. The training will be in line with the methodology established by the PMI. This methodology covers the main aspects of Project Management established by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and documented in its standard manual called “PMBOK Guide” Fourth Edition.

Master in Business Administration, awarded jointly by the University of Deusto (Spain) and the University of Salvador (Argentina). Postgraduate in Project Management at the University of Belgrano (Argentina). International Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP / CAPM) at the Project Management Institute (PMI – USA), of which he is a Member. He is a Certified Instructor of the Lewis Institute (USA) specialized in Project Management.
