The mission of the Master in Construction Management is to train professionals at the masters level with the skills and competencies to perform as managers of companies, programs and construction projects and their related areas.
The methodology that will be used for the complete program will be using models, theories, methods, procedures and simulation programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the integrated project management and ensure the adequate administration and optimization of the use of human resources, Financial, technical and IT services.
