The training will be based on the best practices recognized worldwide and established by the PMI in its publication “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide). It will also include topics of Professional Ethics and Cultural Diversity, which are increasingly important elements in projects with multicultural teams. For each theme presented the pedagogical scheme will be:

• Explanation of the concepts related to the topic.
• Presentation of scenarios where the instructor turns his experience on the issues in the area of knowledge. These cases will serve as an illustration of the issues discussed and as a basis for an enlightening debate on them. In some cases, exercises will be presented that will have to be solved at the moment by the assistants.
• Elaboration of the conclusions of the topic and space for questions and answers
• It will work along the course with a case so as to apply the concepts learned.

All the training offered is in line with the latest edition of the PMBOK and the PMI®.
