Indisputably, the need to train more and better leaders must be considered a pressing priority. Research to date indicates that priority N° 1 for organizations is the development of leadership, surpassing other priorities such as increasing productivity, managing change, recruiting and retaining talent, or focusing on customers.

Since the founding of the University we have been working tirelessly to educate more and better leaders and professionals who contribute actively to the development of the region. We are satisfied with our contribution, but we still have a lot of work to do. In order to offer education of the highest academic level in Panama and in the region we have established agreements of academic cooperation with important universities of the United States, Spain and Chile. We have graduated more than 1,500 professionals in programs of degrees and masters who nowadays work in executive, leadership and professional positions in companies and national and international organizations.
