Oscar León :He is the founder, Chairman of the Board and President of Quality Leadership University. He holds a Master’s Degree in University Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Louisville, Kentucky. He also has a degree in Pedagogy and Education Sciences from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
Tammy Smith: She is a founding member, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Administrative Vice-President of Quality Leadership University. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Training from the University of Louisville, Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova University.
Mariana León de Francolini : Is currently the Academic Vice President and Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Quality Leadership University. She is a Doctoral Candidate of Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education at Johns Hopkins University, and her research focuses on the effect of transformational leadership on engagement in the context of education. Additionally, she has a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. She is a member of the Association of Panamanian Business Executives (APEDE), where she actively participates in the Education Commission and APEDE Joven. She is a Volunteer Researcher for Enseña por Panama, and is a Global Shaper, an international group of young leaders organized by the World Economic Forum. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Zero Limite, a Panamanian foundation that raises awareness and promotes prevention of spina bifida.
Maria Alejandra Quintero de Taylor : She serves as Dean of the College of Business, Leadership and Social Sciences of Quality Leadership Univerisity. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising from the Universidad del Istmo.
Elizabeth Bruce : She is the Director of Extension for Quality Leadership Univeristy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Chile and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from SUNY – Empire State University, New York.
