Hello there! I am Nelly Reid, a Panamanian English teacher with nine years of teaching experience in public and private schools. I learned English with Panamanian teachers, so I am highly convinced that you can also learn it here in Panama. I come with a bachelor’s degree in General Linguistics, an Elementary and Secondary English Teaching degree, and a master’s degree in TESOL. What I enjoy most is teaching speaking skills, reading skills, and pronunciation. My favorite part about teaching is getting students excited about the importance of learning a second language. I am grateful when I see how they grow and develop a second language in a non-English speaking country. My virtual classes are dynamic, and student-centered so that my students can have fun, learn at their own pace, and build confidence.
