  1. Strengthen leadership and manageability of executive directors and technical / administrative staff of non-governmental organizations.
  2. Reinforce cross-sectoral capacity to respond through the NGOs to the integral needs of vulnerable young people.
  3. Provide participants with the tools they need to respond to complex challenges and opportunities facing NGOs today.
  4. Provide a climate of encouragement and support to explore topics of interest to organizations.
  5. Develop opportunities for public-private partnerships to promote youth development and violence prevention activities in selected communities.
  6. Promote increased youth participation and levels of citizen security through reduced factors and increased opportunities and protective factors for young people in selected communities
  7. Develop skills to participate in NGO-Private Sector partnerships to communicate the projects, opportunities and strengths of organizations to various private, public and institutional donors in innovative formats.
  8. Develop the ability to apply for institutional investment funds for your projects and strengthen your institutions.

The program is divided into 8 modules:

  2. Legal Foundations of NGOs – Private Public Alliance and Advocate for Public Good (12 hours)
  3. Institutional Sustainability: Income Generation and Fundraising (12 hours)
  4. Strategic Planning (12 hours)
  5. Human Resources Management and Governance (8 hours)
  6. Marketing and Communications (8 hours)
  7. Volunteer Management (8 hours)
  8. Monitoring and Evaluation of Results (12 hours)

All facilitators have had ONG facilitation, advisory and management experiences, and several facilitators have extensive NGO and NGO experience.

The program has a duration of 4 months with a total of 84 hours of face-to-face classes in an executive-intensive format.

The hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
